Savoy produces large heads of attractively crinkled leaves with a sweet flavour, making it the best cabbage for coleslaw .An excellent home garden variety. Feed regularly with a liquid fertiliser whilst growing.
After Harvest: Stir fries and hot and cold dishes.

Planting: 45-75cm apart.
