How to cancel or postpone my Subscription

CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION
Go to the Beach Road Garden Centre website home page https://www.beachroadgardencentre.co.nz/
If you are not already logged into your Account click “Login” and enter your email and password to login.
Select “Account”
Select “Subscriptions”
Select the Subscription you wish to cancel
Select “Cancel Subscription” this is in red print
Select “Cancel Subscription” once more
You are done.
POSTPONE-SKIP
If you are only wanting to skip/postpone your subscription order for a week or so the easiest way to do this is to cancel your subscription as per above and then restart/sign up for it again when you require it. Be sure to cancel before your next order is automatically placed don’t wait until the day before delivery. All refund requests for subscription orders that have been procced are less a 5% admin and online payment reversal fee
CANCEL or REFUND REQUEST
We can cancel your subscriptions at our end but please be aware to give us at least 24hrs notice before any current subscription orders on your account come through, any orders that have come through that you do not wish to receive can be refunded but this will be less a 5% admin and online payment reversal fee.
If you are still having trouble cancelling your subscription or want to check that it has been cancelled you can contact us by email at brgcwaihi@gmail.com and we can either Cancel it for you or let you know that it has been cancelled.
