Dutch Red is a large growing cabbage producing firm round heads of deep red colour. With wonderful flavour, this cabbage adds interesting colour and texture to salads and stirfries.
After Harvest: Salads and hot dishes,including coleslaws and side dishes.
Position: Full sun.
Planting: 45-60cm apart.
Maturity: Approx. 8-20 weeks, seasonally dependent.
